Pink Shakti application is developed after four years of thorough research. We have validated the prototype and received positive feedback from various society stakeholders like the college-going girls, guardians, journalists, working women, Senior Police Officials, Bureaucrats, and Ministers.
PINK SHAKTI is a women safety solution and is a complete end-to-end solution designed for Women Helplines and the end users the women populace. The app functions as an integrated computer and mobile aided emergency response platform a ‘3-Way Emergency Response Support System (ERSS)’.

The woman in distress does not need to dial the helpline number, she just needs to report the situation via the app. Women can report by selecting the Crime Type enlisted on the app through the Stamping feature on the map, this is the USP of the application. Also, women and girls do not need to search for the nearby Police stations and Hospitals contact numbers as they can make a call instantly for help exhibited on the map in the app. There is also a provision of E-FIR through redirection. The users can quickly add family members' and friends' contact numbers on the App.

In case of any emergency (the app is triggered) the selected contacts will receive an email with pictures of the incident spot along with the geolocation. When a woman is about to enter these Dark Spots and at Dark Hours through Artificial Intelligence, we would be able to send an alert message that “You are entering a high-crime zone, please be alert and in any emergency connect with us’.
